We're sorry to see you go. Here's how the account deletion process works.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be permanently deleted
  • All order history and delivery records will be removed
  • Saved addresses and payment preferences will be erased
  • Your Telegram bot connection will be disconnected
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

What We May Retain

In accordance with legal requirements, we may retain certain anonymized transaction records and financial data for up to 3 years for regulatory compliance purposes. This data cannot be linked back to your identity.

Deletion Timeline

Once your request is received, your account will be deactivated immediately. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

How to Request Account Deletion

Since we are currently implementing automated account deletion, please submit your request through one of the following channels. Our team will process your request within 3 business days.
